Role Description: This is a full-time, non-supervisory role for a Water Utilities Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding water and wastewater capital infrastructure projects beginning with need definition and continuing through consultant selection, scoping, design, permitting, bidding, award, contracting and construction administration. The Project Manager ensures the successful, timely and compliant completion of the assigned water utilities projects. Project types include all facilities comprising a water and wastewater utility such as lines, pump stations, lift stations and treatment plants.
Qualifications: Experience in water and wastewater project engineering and management is required. Other requirements include strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. PE is preferred.
Salary Range: $61,963.20- $88,379.20 DOQ annually plus comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Annual leave, Sick leave, Holidays, and Personal Days. A resume, cover letter and completed City of Stillwater application is required for consideration.
