What are the responsibilities and job description for the AQUATICS CASHIER position at City of Surprise, AZ?
SUMMARY
Cashiers are responsible for greeting and assisting patrons, answering questions, performing POS transactions, daily reporting and inventory, handling pool monies, maintaining a clean, safe and presentable area for the customers in the lobby area of the pool and concession stand.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. Must be at least 16 years of age.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Cashiers assigned to a pool must obtain a Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire date. Cashiers assigned to a concession stand must obtain a Food Employee Certificate within two weeks of hire date and must maintain it.
SELECTION PROCESS
Applicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
