Specific duties depend on actual work location and activities.
- Serves as a customer service lead person at a pro shop and/or concession counter.
- Assists in training and supervising other seasonal/temporary employees
- Receives and disburses cash; processes credit card transactions.
- Cooks and handles food.
- Stocks concession products.
- Performs basic equipment maintenance.
- Sets up and takes down building furnishings and arrangements.
- Completion of work assignments may require operation of a vehicle.

- Ability to use the four functions of mathematics
- Ability to count money and make change
- Ability to use a computer to access, interpret and record information
- Ability to accept and respond to a steady volume of requests for information and/or service, both in person and over the telephone
- Ability to lift and carry stacks, boxes or other loads weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to communicate orally clearly and effectively
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with associates, participants and the public.
- May require ability to acquire and maintain a valid Kansas Driver's License.
- An employee will not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
- Must be at least 17 years of age or older.
- Six months experience providing customer service in a public-facing role in a recreation or retail environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need of a sponsorship.
- Six months of experience with POS systems and payment processing software.
Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a pre-employment physical, which includes drug screening, and upon satisfactory evaluation of a criminal record check.
