Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Shifts may vary and/or include weekend work, but will have two consecutive days off. These positions will be approximately three to nine months in duration and will not exceed 1600 hours.
This position will remain open until filled.

- Thorough knowledge of landscape and recreation facility maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of the safety standards, practices, and procedures relating to all facets of grounds and facility maintenance.
Cognitive Requirements: Ability to work independently.
Tools/Equipment Used: Operates various types of equipment, including but not limited to: riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, tractors with front bucket with attachments, flail mower, rotary tiller, box scraper, fertilizer spreader and mower, backhoes, utility vehicles, dump trucks, weedeaters, grass trimmers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, generators, compressors, and various hand tools.
