- Perform general clerical duties including preparation of reports, letters, filing, taking minutes of meetings and answering phones.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Provide administrative support to staff members
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.26 - $18.40 per hour
