- $20 - $25/hr (36 hrs/week), with potential for supplemental funding through grant opportunities in the future

- Sometimes events may require working outside of normal operating hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Governance: Lead and guide the organization’s direction and policies
- Financial Management & Development: Manage finances and find new funding sources
- Programming & Operations: Oversee daily operations and develop programs
- Staff & Volunteer Management: Manage employees and volunteers
- Facility & Collection Management: Maintain the facilities and manage collections
- Community Engagement & External Relations: Build relationships and engage with the community
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in fundraising and grant writing
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Knowledge of contemporary art and cultural programming
- Experience managing small, efficient teams
- Familiarity with digital technologies and social media platforms
- Understanding of the local/regional arts community
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move through galleries and exhibition spaces
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
