What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal EVGC - Food and Beverage Concessions position at City of Woodbury?
Responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage product for the golf customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items.
- Execute pre-preparation of food products prior to each service period.
- Take orders for food and beverage products and serve them in a timely, professional manner.
- Keep entire work area clean, sanitized and well organized.
- Be attentive to all service needs of customers.
- Work as a team with fellow workers to provide consistent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and foster an environment, which facilitates the Exceeding Expectations (professional, responsive, leaders) philosophy of the City.
- Ability to deliver superior service.
- Knowledge of food preparation and service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
- Ability to handle cash and point of sale experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Past experience in a service related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year of full- or part-time experience in food service or related field.
