The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the S.T.A.R.S. site, including administrative functions and day-to-day program operations. This involves implementing policies and procedures, fostering a positive environment, and supervising up to 20 students in a group setting. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will lead up to 5 on-site part-time staff and recommend goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in after-school/childcare programming. College-level training is desirable. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of child development and instructional processes, as well as skills in controlling and motivating students.

This position offers a flexible schedule with work hours typically between 10:45AM - 6:15PM, Monday through Friday during the academic year. Employees average 23 hours per week during this time. The position may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and academic breaks for trainings and other duties as assigned.
