Pay Range : 18–$21 per hour

Responsibilities :

Enter and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.

Review and verify data to ensure correctness and completeness.

Maintain digital and physical records by organizing and filing documentation as needed.

Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.

Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Familiarity with CRM or database management systems is a plus.
