Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Enhance accounting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.
  • Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • 5 years in accounting or financial management, with a preference for experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience mentoring and leading teams, with a passion for professional development.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.
