Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $105k - $125k per year

Responsibilities :

Oversee the organization’s entire financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Establish and enforce financial controls and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

Partner with senior management to craft financial strategies that support company goals.

Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster professional development and maintain a high level of performance.

Analyze manufacturing costs and develop strategies for cost savings and margin improvements.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

Proven experience in manufacturing accounting, senior accounting, or controller positions is a must.

Experience working in a small business environment is highly valued, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.

Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
