- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Manage payroll processes and compliance across 20 states, preferably with ADP experience
- Administer 401(k) plans including audits and bi-monthly contributions; serve on key internal committees
- Coordinate with external CPAs for tax returns, financial statements, and tax planning
- Lead month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain GAAP compliance and oversee all regulatory and tax filings
- Monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and disposals
- Mentor and lead a team of three accounting professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Proven experience in a Controller or financial leadership role; agency experience highly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience in digital/hybrid work environments
- Proficiency in MS 365 and Google Suite; ADP and Advantage Software experience a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to provide financial insight and support to executive leadership
