Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, manage waiting lists
- Provide menus, answer questions, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with reservations, phone calls, and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Bus/reset tables, restock supplies, and assist in other restaurant tasks
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of 16 and willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Capacity to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
