Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Utilize Sketchup to create detailed layout designs and visual representations of proposed projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in inside sales by promoting products and services that align with client needs.
- Maintain an organized stock of materials and products, ensuring availability for client projects.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during sales processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Sketchup or similar design software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to maintain an organized workspace and manage stock efficiently.
- Experience in cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in layout design is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $70,850.00 - $84,110.00 per year
