We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects efficiently. This role involves working on various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential spaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and flooring installation.
- Restore existing structures while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetics.
- Conduct electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Finish concrete surfaces and form concrete structures for various applications.
- Build custom features as per client specifications, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Weld materials as required for specific project needs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is essential.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading is required to effectively interpret project plans.
- Experience with electrical systems, concrete finishing, flooring installation, and concrete forming is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in building custom features and welding techniques are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
