We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to stucco application, plastering, and concrete finishing.
- Execute construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
- Carry out construction painting to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Restore existing structures while maintaining their integrity.
- Install glass fixtures and components with precision.
- Ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
- Lay tiles with attention to detail for both aesthetic appeal and durability.
- Operate various power tools safely and effectively throughout the remodeling process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in stucco, plaster, concrete finishing, glass installation, plumbing, power tools, and tile laying is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
