Residential Remodeler

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects efficiently. This role involves working on various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential spaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Perform construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and flooring installation.
• Restore existing structures while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Conduct electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Finish concrete surfaces and form concrete structures for various applications.
• Build custom features as per client specifications, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Weld materials as required for specific project needs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.

Experience

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction work is essential.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading is required to effectively interpret project plans.
• Experience with electrical systems, concrete finishing, flooring installation, and concrete forming is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in building custom features and welding techniques are a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
