What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Order Selector - Foley, AL position at City Produce?

Duties:
- Locate and select the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order
- Perform visual inspections of orders to ensure accuracy according to quantity, size, etc.
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
- Maintain equipment and report on equipment malfunctions
- Comply with all applicable OSHA and Food Safety regulations
- Keep warehouse clean from debris and organized
Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:
- Speak and write English satisfactorily.
- Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Active listening skills
Physical Demands:
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time

Compensation:
- Day/Mid-shift hourly rate $16
- Night Shift hourly rate $18
