We're in search of a highly proactive and detail-oriented project manager who will actively engage with prospective and current customers and monitor their projects as they move through various departments within the company. Your primary mission will be to ensure the success of these projects through the use of excellent coordinating and communicating with all parties involved. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sign projects in all stages of development
- Procure and direct the work of sub-contractors in the sign industry
- Evaluate new work strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between City Signs and our customers
- Coordinate with customers, designers, fabricators, and installation staff
- Maintain quality under pressure while managing multiple projects
- Communicate clearly and efficiently
- Manage your time effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the sign industry
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience with Quickbooks is helpful
- Experience communicating via phone and email
- Great attitude

- This is a full-time position. We work Monday through Friday, but meeting client expectations might require early / late hours. Weekend meetings are rare but can occur based on client availability.
