We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Advisor and Assistant Membership Director to join our team. You will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and increase membership retention
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate membership agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences
- Monitor membership trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead a team of membership associates, providing guidance and support
Experience:
- Background in sales and or Customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
