City Sweats is Seattle’s first Infrared Sauna Lounge, where urbanites can find serenity and detoxification at a cellular level. We offer individual Sauna Cabins or Wrap, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Body Sculpting (Ultrasonic Cavitation), and Fascia Blasting. When we sweat, we allow the body to replenish itself by reviving a sluggish circulatory system and by stimulating a lymphatic drainage response, which allows nutrients to flow and toxins to be expelled.

City Sweats is growing and we are hiring a Lead Wellness Spa Concierge’s to join our team. This person works closely with the spa owner and our small team of concierges. They are responsible for executing a flawless client experience and providing administrative support in performing daily activities within City Sweats.
Core Responsibilities:
· Opening & closing of the facility
· Enforces Spa Standards
· Greet and attend to guests, communicates with and educates infrared benefits, available services, and information about spa facility amenities to new clients
· Assist and support the Spa Manager with daily duties while providing high quality and consistent customer services to guests
· Punctual and dependable with superior work ethic
· Adheres to employee parking rules
· Daily cleaning of all areas, laundry, and dishes
· Answer telephone and schedules appointments for clients
· Master the Mindbody Scheduling system
· Problem solve guests complaints and misunderstandings in a calm manner
· Set-up and break down rooms, minimal food/bev preparation
· Handle and maintain equipment and tools on proper spa settings
· Ensure maintenance within the spa and report safety issues to management
· Maintain spa premises in a clean, organized, good working environment
· Establish and maintain good relationships with spa staff and clients
· Ensure client's safety, comfort and well-being
· Ensure compliance with local and federal health and safety policies, standards and regulations
· Monitor and add to Team Daily Journal communications
· Assist with training and coaching new and existing team members
· Escalate staff conflicts and performance issues to management
· Monitor client and therapist bookings to ensure maximum capacity and buffers are maximize
· Assist in local marketing activities such as B2B, new client generation, Pop-Up events as needed
· Monitor and resolve Client Resolution issues in the tracker – follow up on escalated client issues until completed
· Facility, Inventory and Equipment management – monitoring and monthly inventory management, assist with ordering & stocking retail display area, linens, supplies
· Assist with Sales Goals and competitions
· Publishes team work schedule and assists with staff scheduling conflicts and fill in as needed
· Must be able to work a mix of open/close shifts and work at least one weekend day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
