What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics position at City Therapeutics?
Role :
- Serve as bioinformatics lead for therapeutic programs and platform teams
- Partner with experimental scientists to guide study design, data analysis, and interpretation to support key project goals
- Develop novel sequencing-based methods to accelerate RNAi trigger platform development
- Leverage public and in-house generated single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomic, and high content imaging data analysis to support extrahepatic delivery efforts
