We are a fast-paced title company serving the Springfield area. Candidates looking to apply must meet the following requirements and responsibilities:
Escrow Officer- Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with customer service and administrative duties
* Process Settlement Statement/CD, prepare closing documents
* Order mortgage payoffs
* Ship/return files to lenders post-closing
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be detailed oriented
* Proficient in time management and prioritization skills
* Good communication skills are required, both written and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be a team player
* Advanced skills with Word, Excel and internet research tools
*Must be self motivated
