What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at City Uniforms and Linen?
At all times must represent our company in a professional, motivated and cheerful manner. Key tasks are to manage and achieve sales goals and sales team in the pursuit of the company's goals and vision. Responsible for interactions with high level clients, always prospecting for new business in existing customer locations.
Providing sales coverage by performing the following duties:
- Daily interactions with the service department working closely with the service team
- Daily participation in the sales effort and directs the sales department to reach stated goals
- Is knowledgeable in all key aspects of the industry regarding product features and benefits, selling techniques, policies, procedures, and pricing of products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts both internally and externally
- General knowledge of our corporation's other divisions and be able to incorporate those opportunities by generating leads and closing when/where appropriate
- Execute sales and promotions working closely with various vendors to support and build revenue in new and existing customer locations
- Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner
- Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads promptly
- Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory
- Completes and submits sales reports each week.
- Provides information and/or follows up on customer as requested
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
