What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at City Wide Building Services LLC?
City Wide Building Services is seeking an outside sales representative with a "go getter" attitude. This individual is responsible for finding and engaging new customers through a combination of cold-calling, warm lead follow-up and expanding existing client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Educate the client on the various types of services City Wide offers and determine the most appropriate solution to meet clients needs.
- Work with Director of Business Development to define sales strategies and achieve established goals.
- Identify potential clients in the assigned market.
- Maintain positive and productive relationship with clients.
- Identify and contact qualified clients for services daily.
- Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients onsite.
- Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process.
- Track all prospecting in CRM system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher
- 1 or more years minimum experience in sales
- Valid drivers license
- Proficient with computer and software applications such as Microsoft Suite.
- Familiar with CRM systems
- B2B Sales experience preferred
