The Job in One Sentence:

You’ll own and grow key client relationships, lead service delivery excellence, and identify opportunities to expand contracts and revenue while delivering measurable results.

What Success Looks Like:

This role is all about achieving measurable KPIs and consistently delivering excellence:

  • 99% Client Retention: Foster trust and loyalty to keep clients renewing year after year.
  • 100% Building Inspections: Complete all scheduled inspections on time, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Quotas Met: Achieve monthly sales quotas through service expansion and value-driven selling.
  • High Net Promoter Scores (NPS): Consistently earn outstanding NPS ratings through exceptional service, as measured by third-party surveys sent to clients.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
  • Within 30 days, complete onboarding, master our CRM tools, and get up to speed on client accounts.
  • By month 3, start presenting service expansion opportunities to key clients and closing new business.
  • Within 6 months, achieve consistent retention, inspection, sales, and NPS goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Nurture Partnerships: Be the go-to advisor for your assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in City Wide’s services.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and close opportunities to expand contracts or add new services, consistently meeting sales goals.
  • Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor Assistant Night Managers to deliver exceptional service across client sites.
  • Streamline Service Delivery: Oversee vendor operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client value.
  • Solve Problems: Address client concerns quickly and effectively—you’re their champion.
  • Leverage Technology: Use City Wide’s CRM to track inspections, client details, and service schedules with ease.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Client Relationship Expert: Proven ability to build trust, exceed expectations, and retain accounts.
  • Sales Driver: A track record of identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and turning them into measurable revenue.
  • Leader and Mentor: Experience leading teams, providing feedback, and ensuring high performance.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to address client concerns quickly and effectively, always with an eye toward solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems to streamline your workflow.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2 years in B2B account management, sales, or a similar role, ideally in building maintenance or facility services.
  • A knack for balancing client needs with company goals, consistently delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and teams alike.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations daily—this is a face-to-face role.
The Compensation & Benefits You’ll Love:
