City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading management company in the building maintenance industry, providing solutions to a wide range of issues clients face at their facilities.
We are currently seeking a skilled Facility Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Manage all Contractor relationships, including interviewing and hiring, negotiating pricing and other contract terms, managing agreements, developing service specifications, client compliance, verifying Contractor compliance, and removing/ replacing Contractors as necessary.
- Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction, through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow-through with all promises to clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent experience. A high school diploma is required, but a bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
