Position Summary
The Concierge is responsible for delivering
exceptional guest service experiences to all clientele that have interactions
with City Winery. This individual serves as a point of contact at the Box
Office for purposes of general guest relations and support, ticketing, CW
Rewards Program and CW merchandise. The Concierge team member is responsible
for maximizing ticket and retail merchandise sales, while serving as a brand
ambassador of the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience in a concierge, box office, or customer service
role in a hospitality setting, and / or relevant experience
guest expectations, and strive to create a memorable guest experience
immaculate attention to detail
skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and
guests.
