What You’ll Do

Champion Client Success
- Be the trusted advocate mothers in crisis turn to for guidance and support.
- Manage incoming referrals with empathy, conduct thoughtful intakes, and build customized action plans that empower clients to thrive.
- Celebrate milestones, track progress, and provide hands-on crisis intervention when needed.
- Partner with courts, agencies, and organizations to ensure every client has the tools to rebuild and reclaim their future.
Lead Program Impact
- Keep the ĒMA program running like a well-oiled machine, balancing stability and growth with ease.
- Build bridges in the community by forging partnerships that multiply the program’s reach and resources.
- Maintain an ever-growing database of life-changing resources for our clients.
- Create insightful, data-driven reports to showcase our program’s success to stakeholders.
Inspire Volunteer Advocates
- Empower our ĒMA Advocates—volunteers who serve as lifelines for our clients.
- Recruit passionate individuals, onboard them with care, and pair them with moms to create meaningful, transformative relationships.
- Lead with heart by offering ongoing support, encouragement, and training to ensure our volunteers feel inspired and valued.
