About the opportunity
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on a landmark $500M construction project in Chicago that is running until the start of 2026.
- We are looking for an MEP Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations,
- Work in partnership with project manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope during preconstruction phase,
- Review construction documents for MEPFP constructability issues
- Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems

Requirements
I am looking for someone who has 5-7 years of experience in the field, and someone with 5-7 years of experience working on MEP projects, either for a HVAC Sub Contractor or a General Contractor.
