Position Overview: Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a proven track record in hyperscale data center projects. This role can also become travelling if seeking the extra benefits, with travel benefits or relocation packages available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage MEP systems installation and maintenance for hyperscale data center projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP systems, with a focus on hyperscale data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and MEP principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
