Notable projects include the BlueCross BlueShield 51 Clemson Road renovation, Richland County Public Library, Spartanburg High School, and the Holiday Inn & Suites in West Columbia.
About The Role
They are currently seeking a Superintendent in Charleston, SC and surrounding locations.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety. Some of the key duties include.
- Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
- Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor
- Healthcare or K12 experience desirable
- Presentable and able to deal to deal with difficult clients in a respectful manner
- Strong health & safety knowledge
