- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing subcontractors, risk management, quality control, safety management, and adhering to building codes.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflict.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in construction safety, quality control, or risk management is a plus.
