They are currently looking for a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their team based in Chapel Hill. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2 - 5 Estimators. They are seeking someone to price various trades and scopes of work, as well as engage in system design development.
Rewards And Benefits
My client is looking to pay between $130,000 - $150,000 per annum competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- 10 years of applicable estimating experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Experience estimating projects up to $15mil
