Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales and local events to acquire residential customers.
- Educate prospects on fiber benefits and competitive advantages.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive outreach.
- Cultivate partnerships with community leaders and local businesses.
- Track sales metrics (leads, conversions) and report progress.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare communities for network expansion through direct engagement.
- Uphold Cityside Fiber’s values of trust, integrity, and innovation.
- 2 years in door-to-door/direct sales (ISP experience a plus).
- Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas in field environments.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management/organization.
- Willingness for 90% local travel within assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable insured vehicle.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business (preferred but not required).

- $45,000 base Monthly Commission (On-Target Compensation is $90,000 )
- $40 Cell Phone Stipend (Received Monthly)
- Company vehicle provided for travel with the assigned territory
