Marketing Design Associate

JOB SUMMARY 

This role is crucial in shaping the visual language of CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care, communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and engage both our clients and future team members. This role will lead the development of innovative digital and print designs across multiple channels, aligning with our brand values and messaging. With a strong emphasis on digital design and branding, the Marketing Design Associate will be pivotal in driving our Affinity company mission forward. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for various media, including videos, presentations, graphics, social media assets, email campaigns, website content, and printed materials.  

• Act as a brand guardian by upholding and evolving design standards, ensuring all creative outputs align with CityVet’s and Arista Advanced Pet Care’s identity.  

• Regularly update the CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care assets to reflect company growth, values, and strategic initiatives.  

• Manage the majority of CityVet design work for Veterinary recruiting efforts working closely with CityVet’s Recruiting Team. 

• Produce high-quality multimedia digital assets optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, paid ads, and email marketing.  

• Partner with the digital marketing team to develop content that supports SEO and user engagement goals, effectively targeting our audience.  

• Utilize data insights to improve and iterate on digital designs, ensuring exceptional user experiences.  

• Take ownership of projects, managing all aspects from initial concept to final production and delivery. 

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and ensure the highest production quality for both digital and print materials.  

• Lead assigned projects, working cross-functionally to define requirements, timing, and deliverables.  

• Establish modern design concepts, layouts, and graphics to enhance our brand’s storytelling and customer engagement.  

• Provide recommendations for creative formats and styles, particularly for new clinic locations and their promotional efforts.  

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS   

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field  

• 2-4 years experience in Graphic Design 

• Experience and understanding of marketing production, website/app design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design.  

• Experience with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) 

• Able to effectively communicate relevant information to team members and internal/external clients. 

• Ability to project manage from concept to final production and delivery.  

• Must be an effective communicator and collaborator.
