This is a Regular Full-Time position.
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will:
- Select, supervise, delegate responsibility and provide training for all Guest Experience Specialists, Concierge, and Transportation team members
- Meet regularly and provide feedback to staff members to ensure that individual and departmental performance goals are being accomplished.
- Create and manage departmental schedules to ensure balanced use of staffing resources and appropriate coverage for all areas.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, training manuals, and policies for all front office operations. Ensure information is accurate and team members complete as needs change and processes evolve.
- Perform functions for various departmental positions as needed, according to operational demands.
- Initiate incentive programs and recognition activities to keep staff motivated and engaged.
- Support the Guest Experience operations when necessary to ensure exemplary service is provided
QUALIFICATIONS
- One to two years’ experience as Assistant Front Office
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
- Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
Salary : $17 - $22
