Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at CIVCO Medical Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
- Installation and Repair
- Assist third-party installation and service representatives as needed.
- Provide solutions to escalated issues using technical expertise.
- Training and Onsite Support
- Provide onsite support for hospitals and clinics.
- Train end-users on the proper use of CIVCO products.
- Continuous Improvement
- Create service work instructions and videos.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement changes to enhance service metrics.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering, or an Associate's degree in a related field with relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, project management abilities, and a strong understanding of medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
