Role Description
The Civil Litigator will be responsible handling law-related tasks such as motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation cases and providing legal counsel in matters relating to municipal law and code enforcement.
Qualifications
- Experience handling motions, court appearances, and depositions
- Strong research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in California
- High integrity and interest in public service.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
