Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective clients regarding property and casualty insurance.
- Conduct consultative reviews and analyses of clients' existing policies to identify needs and present tailored options.
- Maintain timely follow-up with clients and manage data effectively in our Pipeline system.
- Foster and develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients to meet their evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in an insurance agency, preferably in a commercial lines capacity.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty policies, coverage definitions, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Consistently punctual and prepared to handle assigned duties.
- Active 220 or 440 insurance license is required.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
