Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project scheduling and documentation.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly ProCore.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
- Ability to build effective teams and manage diverse groups of workers on-site.
- Experience using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed in construction projects.
- Excellent project scheduling skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols within a construction site environment.
