Civil Science is seeking a Bridge Engineer - Division Manager to oversee and grow our dynamic team of structural engineers. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transportation-related structures, including bridges, tunnels, highways, and more, across Utah, Idaho, and North Dakota.

What You'll Do :
- Lead a talented team of engineers, EITs, and technicians to plan, design, construct, and inspect critical infrastructure projects.
- Spearhead strategy, business development, and team growth to expand our discipline and business.
- Oversee and perform QA / QC reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with state DOTs and local agencies to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on structural elements, including bridges, retaining walls, box culverts, and drainage structures.
