Position Overview :
The Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer will be a key part of working with the project team to manage various projects at our client. We are seeking an individual to join the Program Management Team (PMT) to successfully process construction documents, perform field inspections, work closely with CM / GC construction team and be a proactive team player.
Responsibilities :
Support the project manager and team to complete project related assignments and successfully manage the project from start to completion.
Maintain organized and detailed files, project records, and logs.
Review and track project documents to include submittals, RFIs, reports, inspections, etc.
Perform site inspections as required to document the status and completion of work.
Assemble necessary information to include in both project and FAA reports.
Review and summarize quality control and project completion field reports.
Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project administration to ensure successful project execution.
Support quality control efforts by reviewing and summarizing project completion reports.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure project alignment.
Requirements :
Strong background in contract administration and project coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Experience working in a team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or associates degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Prior experience in a construction or engineering office environment.
Experience working at DEN or within an aviation project environment is a plus.
