Duties and Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals and timelines.
• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers and completing orientation.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, job statuses, and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; currently enrolled in or a graduate of a relevant HR, Business, Psychology, or Social Work program preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates, preferred
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications
