Import/Export Coordinator (Bilingual Korean/English)

• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis
• Work collaboratively with Traffic Department and Accounting to provide top-notch, timely, and efficient service to customers
• Monitoring of reports
• Accurate and timely billing to customers
• Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns
• Ensure customer needs are consistently met and assist to resolve inquiries
• Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements
• Work well in a team environment and assist other peers when needed
• Maintaining good relationships with various vendors such as carriers, truckers, terminals, etc.
• Process and manage import and/or export shipments
• Prepare price quotes on the international freight
• Prepare necessary documents for shipments
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as vendors specifically steamship lines and customs
• Research and resolve operational problems
• Ensure customer needs are consistently met and assist to resolve inquiries
• Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bilingual (Korean/English)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatching, warehousing, administrative work, data entry & analysis, or transportation are preferred

• Pay Range: $20.97 - $26.07 per hour
