CJ's Event Planning & Services LLC is looking for an energetic and organized individual to provide support and be a leader to the events team. Event Coordinators will be team lead of their of their assigned assignments. This role will be responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the planning process, including meeting with your client prior to event dates. On the day of events, you will help set up and tear down decorations, monitor any deliveries, and ensure all operations run smoothly. This individual will also assist in any office duties and promotional and marketing tasks. Our ideal candidate has some event planning experience, but we are willing to train the right person!

Duties:
- Running general errands to aid event coordinator or event manager and other members of the team
- Assist with decorating event spaces
- Traveling to different event spaces
- Direct guests
- Cater to guests needs during events
- Lead and manage team members on event days
- Represent the brand at events, indoors and outdoors, including product presentation
- Communicate with a variety of internal departments on a daily basis and ensure smooth information dissemination
- Independently coordinate level 1 events from conception to completion
- Coordinating with event partners to finalize event times, set up requirements, on-site restrictions
- Establish and monitor timelines to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop banquet event orders and event specs to clearly communicate details to venues and on-site contacts
- Coordinate additional meeting needs as requested
- Communicate project updates, timelines and event details to Event Manager, Event Assistants, and any on-site vendors
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests, etc.
- Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer to produce
