Job Summary:
CJK Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial printing machinery. As a key member of the production team, you will ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime by performing routine maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and inspections.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on bindery equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and calibration of defective or worn parts to maintain accurate and efficient machine performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Generate reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance costs to support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems related to industrial printing equipment.
- Hands-on experience maintaining complex bindery machines (e.g., automatic binding machines, collators, folders, and cutting equipment).
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
