ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Mentor will provide direct support for adolescents/young adults participating in a transitional living program which provides participants with the skills and abilities to transition to independent living. The Mentor will act as a role model reinforcing the goals of the youth’s service plan. This position also assists with facility cleanliness, breakfast and medication administration.

- Provides supervision of the program participants and provides support to Case Managers and Assistant Case Coordinators
- Performs routine checks to make sure youth are present and safe
- Adhere to documentation requirements as directed
- Assist in providing breakfast
- Assist with medication administration
- Hourly paying position at $19.00 per hour
- Eligible for time and a half/ overtime
- High School Diploma/GED – required
- Valid driver’s license - required
- Lived Experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
