Job Responsibilities
- Oversee integrated agency process across disciplines including creative, production, social media, media planning and placement, website hosting and development, public relations, influencer management and finance.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Provide proactive strategic leadership and client project management.
- Attend client meetings and take action on requested deliverables.
- Anticipate client communication challenges and develop recommendations.
- Manage agency and client collaboration for development of client creative campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for innovation for client marketing plans and products.
- Work with agency team to develop and implement strategies including marketing and public relations plans.
- Execute tasks associated with marketing plans.
- Work with agency team to prepare client and consumer facing materials such as presentations, marketing calendars and plans, news releases, reports, etc.
- Plan and manage key events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Manage stakeholder engagement programs, partnerships and outreach on behalf of clients.
- Manage collaboration for strategic implementation of social and digital media strategies.
- Manage content direction and agency collaboration for client social media accounts.
- Research marketing trends and provide competitive ongoing analysis.
- Prepare documents for presentation to client.
- Monitor and manage budgets.
- Maintain ongoing budget tracker.
- Review and approve client invoices and billing statements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising or marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant marketing/public relations/advertising agency experience or related experience.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Ability to work as an authoritative figure on a busy team.
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and activities at one time.
- Ability to effectively organize work, establish and maintain schedules.
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including public speaking and presenting.
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
- Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
- Willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
