About the Role

· We'll count on your coordination skills to manage up to three simultaneous installation projects

· Your communication expertise will be vital in keeping leadership updated on all job statuses

· We'll leverage your industry experience to assist with estimates and customer follow-up

· Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in addressing job site concerns effectively

· We'll rely on your safety consciousness to ensure proper procedures are followed and documented and that necessary training is completed and up-to-date

· Your analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing job costing and ensuring proper pricing

· We'll tap into your versatility and commitment to teamwork by providing GM coverage when needed

· Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate daily documentation and recordkeeping

· We'll depend on your project management skills to keep jobs on schedule and within budget

· You have familiarity with light accounting and bookkeeping and enjoy working with office support team members to ensure financials are aligned

Required Qualifications

· 3 years of landscape or construction industry experience

· High school diploma or GED

· Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple crews simultaneously

· Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish a plus)

· Valid driver's license with clean record

· Proficiency with technology and software (CRM experience a plus)

· Ability to pass background check

· Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities
